Job Description
Lead the marketing activities in the region assigned, being responsible for developing and implementing the Direct Sales marketing plan in the territory, aligned with the sales team’s priorities.
Own and develop the relationship with the local sales team to ensure alignment and marketing plan execution
Work closely with the Direct Sales team to generate an incremental sales pipeline for existing and new products and services
Manage and distribute the territory budget according to the plan
Lead, develop, and follow up ABM (Account-based Marketing) programs with main accounts.
Use demand generation tools, resources, and agencies for campaigns, programs, and reporting purposes
Work closely with the digital campaign team to create integral programs and demand-generation campaigns aligned with new product launches and sales needs
Adapt regional content for local use (as needed)
Develop customer case studies to promote portfolio benefits to customers with the support of the customer insights marketing team
Plan, develop, and track events including trade shows, conferences, anniversaries, industry events, technology days, etc.
Support Direct Sales system integrators with marketing programs and training that enable sales and increase partners' loyalty.
Advise other Marketing team members (i.e. Customer Insights, Digital Campaigns Marketing, and Lead Management) on priorities and trends in the territory
Study and understand legal/regulatory, economic, and any other environmental factor(s) affecting customers in the territory
Understand the competitive landscape locally & position Motorola Solutions to compete with other brands
Support Customer Insights and Product Launch groups with the amplification of regional campaigns locally, and major product launches in the territory
Own the relationship with local vendors/associations/conferences
Elevate the most important/relevant info to be communicated to senior leadership
Look for commonalities in Field Marketing processes, activities, etc. to leverage best practices across territories
Support the global team with the review of catalogs, brochures, spec sheets, presentations, between other resources for Portuguese LACR translations
Work as a ‘Solving for Safer’ brand and narrative ambassador in LACR region ensuring the proper usage of wording and visual resources according to the guidelines
Basic Requirements
Professional in Marketing or related fields with at least 4 years of B2B Field Marketing experience, preferably in the technology industry
Must be self-starting and self-driven and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functions to deliver the best results
Extensive knowledge to drive marketing strategic planning and tactical execution.
Business and marketing plan development skills including the definition of objectives, tactics,time schedules, budgets, responsibilities, analytics, and measurements
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
You are metric-driven and can draw insight from complex marketing data
Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
A postgraduate degree or master's is a plus
