Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of the specific needs and challenges of the financial sector.
This role requires exceptional skill in building relationships with large enterprise clients, deeply understanding their business requirements, and delivering solutions that meet their integration and automation needs.
This is a full-time hybrid role that includes working from home and being located in São Paulo, SP.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-level executives in the financial sector.
- Understand client needs and propose iPaaS solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Work closely with the product team to communicate client feedback and help guide the development of new features.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and conduct thorough follow-ups to close deals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management, Lead Generation, Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with enterprise customers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Experience in the technology industry sellig to fintechs & financial institutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
