EndereçoShowHeroes is looking for a Finance Analyst to provide accurate financial analysis that supports the company's strategic decisions. Your role will involve investigating and evaluating financial data, providing insights into profitability, solvency, sustainability and liquidity. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing reports and monitoring the organization's financial movements.
Tasks
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, forecasts, financial reports, etc.) considering the company's objectives
- Perform comparative business studies on past and future performance, and develop predictive models
- Monitor and determine the financial situation by analyzing current results against forecasts
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Identify trends, advise the company and recommend actions based on in-depth analysis
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
- Provide finance assistance to Brazil management
- Promote process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
- Monthly and annual reporting
- Review and correct accounting entries posted by the external accounting company
- Cash forecast: short and mid term
- Implement the ERP of the group, and attend its continuing improvements
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics or related areas
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and/or similar
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Odoo)
- Knowledge of financial applications software (a plus)
- Advanced English and/or Spanish
- Experience in intercompany operations
- Practical knowledge of analysis and statistical packages
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnostics, corporate finance and information analysis
- Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting, tax laws, financial markets and business environments
