About the Role
As a General Manager, your purpose is to lead and manage teams to ensure the successful execution of company strategies and objectives. You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence while prioritizing customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team, ensuring that objectives are met and coaching team members on performance and providing feedback
- Managing, and supporting the team with complex processes
- Communicating and reporting to the global team frequently
- Applying functional knowledge to complex problems and developing solutions
Requirements
Experience:
- Have excellent communication skills both in Portuguese and English
- Have experience managing a team and achieving outstanding results
- Be able to apply functional knowledge to complex problems and develop solutions
- Optional: Have legal knowledge
- Optional: Have experience with consultative sales
