- Provide service to PepsiCoconsumers and customers working together with the Call Center bytelephone, e-mail, Reclame Aqui, Social Medias (Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, other) and Sales apps.
- Support and develop CR Team Brazil. - Support new and existingPepsiCo consumers and customers, helping to drive retention,increase member engagement, and maintain high levels of consumersatisfaction.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues,working closely across PepsiCo Teams. - Develop a deepunderstanding of the consumer / customer s business to providetailored solutions and advice.
- Act as a consumer / customeradvocate within the company, representing their feedback and needsto relevant teams. - Work closely with PepsiCo Departments tounderstand the business focus to provide new ideas using CallCenter Data base.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction forInsights Director and PepsiCo Departments regarding the informationreceived by Call Center.
- Create and execute a success plan thataligns with PepsiCo business objectives and maximizes the valuethat consumers and clients receive from our solutions (process andprocedures).
- Digitalized Consumer Relations services, such aswhatsapp bot implementation. Your Impact As Gerente InteligenciaMercado your scope would consist of : - Drive CR Vision intoInsights, MKT, R&D, Quality / factories strategies.
- Deliverdetailed and accurate insights coordinating all available sourcesand reports to impact the company decision. - Provide weekly / monthly reports to PepsiCo Departments.
- Support development ofplans to new Call Center teams to new projects (ex. Sales Strategy,Sales, Social Media) to support the needs of the company.
- Supportthe Call Center to critical cases / recalls. - Demonstrate theability to cross-functionally gather, analyze, and makerecommendations that help drive a better service provided toconsumer.
- Develop strong working relationships with Insights,MKT, Quality / factories, R&D and Sales areas to improve thebusiness view of consumers and customers needs by influencing thenext decisions.
Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? - Ability tolead strategic agendas. - Operates effectively in matrixrelationships across organizational boundaries.
- Strong analyticaland insights skills including the ability to effectively utilizedata from Call Center to drive decisions.
- Consumer / Customerrelations experience. - Multi-channel experience preferably telephone, e-mail, Reclame Aqui, Social Medias, Sales apps.
- Strategic thinking skills ability to review complex data, pullingout key insights & translating into high level storylines &concise practical plans for execution, including strong analyticaland Excel skills.
