The Head of Sales will work alongside the sales executives to identify, contact, and close relationships with prospective merchants. This role will consist on develop the strategy of Sales - in Brazil - with merchants in the e-commerce space that want to enter and accept online payments from latin American market.
This roles is Hybrid, requiring presenciality to our offices in Sao Paulo.
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing the growth plan for new partnerships and clients in Brazil, reporting to the local Country Manager;
- Constant interaction with prospects, clients and stakeholders to achieve a positive scenario for all parties;
- Identifying potential business opportunities, partnerships and collaborative actions focusing on expansion and creating new revenue streams;
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline;
- Continuous review of the sales process, aiming to optimize it to increase efficiency and understand the challenges to achieving targets;
- Working closely with the marketing team to keep marketing and sales strategies consistent.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge and experience in fintechs and payment methods;
- Strategic and analytical thinking;
- Strong negotiating skills, focused on identifying and developing new businesses, generating partnerships with relevant players;
- Minimum 5 years leading sales and growth strategies in fintechs and means of payment;
- Solid knowledge of financial sector regulations, market practices and banking operations;
- Proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus.
