As a core member of the HR Services team, you will deliver HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. You will process complex and escalated HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees. In this role you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.

Your responsibilities
- Additional support for the HRTP project.
- Documentation of Service work.
- Administration and management of internships with their respective renewals and in front of universities.
- Support in income of temporary personnel by agency, among others.
- Communications.
- Payroll support for garnishments and payment vouchers.
- Support in ELC tasks.
Your background
- University studies related to Human Resources in progress.
- 1-2 years of experience working in similar position.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Sense of customer orientation.
- The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Intermediate level of English.
