The Global Business Services (GBS) IAM operations team is split between Oslo (Norway) and Székesfehérvár (Hungary). We now want to expand with a leg in South America. The team is responsible for the global authentication services for Enterprise IT (EIT) in Hydro. The team is also involved in several of the Industrial Control Environments (ICS) within Operational IT (OIT) with similar areas of responsibility. The team will take a role in several ICS activities in Brazil.
Hydro have recently finalized a new IAM strategy, and the team and broader IMA area will play a key role in operationalizing this which will include implementation of additional IAM / IGA tooling. A reshaping of the IAM area is to be expected over the next few years where the emphasis will shift from legacy on-premises infrastructure to cloud technologies. With a large legacy portfolio, we will be in a hybrid architecture for the foreseeable future (3-5 years).
The position will be within the GBS hub working out of Campinas (Sao Paulo) and will have a special role towards our organization in the Americas (Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and the US). Key is also the ability to work as a liaison with the GBS organization outside of the Americas and be an integral part of the IAM team. Special focus will be on ICS in the Americas (Brazil).
The IAM team is a part of the Cyber Security Services withing the shared services organization in Hydro (GBS).
Main responsabilities:
- You will mainly be responsible for supporting Hydro businesses in the Americas and function as a liaison with the team in Europe. You will be the local responsible for the Brazilian ICS initiatives for the IAM area.
Experience:
- Work experience within the area of core infrastructure, directory services or IAM;
- Technical working experience with Microsoft Infrastructure operations and IAM area. Preferably within an international environment;
- Experience / certification on Windows Server and Active Directory Domain Services;
- Experience / certification on Microsoft Entra ID as identity provider and synchronization with on premise infrastructure;
- Experience with IAM services Primary/Secondary controls, operations, and maintenance;
- Experience infrastructure-oriented programming and automation within a Microsoft environment using PowerShell and possibly with script-based automation frameworks ;
- Knowledge of identity services and concepts, RBAC, PIM/PAM, MFA, SSO & related standards (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, SCIM etc.);
- Experience with one or more of the major IAM / IGA offerings (e.g., Omada, Sailpoint, Saviynt, OneIdentity, etc.) would be a plus, but not a prerequisite.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Ability to work independently but at the same time cohesively within the organization;
- Motivated, forward thinker and willing to learn as well as eager to contribute to a team setting. The job description tells about what the world looks today, but tomorrow the would will change and so will we along with it;
- Ability to work in a global team setup and to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders, technical and business leadership and with supporting teams.
