EndereçoHoneywell SPS is looking for a System Engineer to join our team in Saint Germain en Laye!
You will work closely with Project Manager, Lead Engineer, managing complex Automation projects with Control and Safety Systems.
Principal Responsibilities :
1. Be the main technical interface with Clients and Suppliers
2. Build project team and manage internal resources (local and remote project people)
3. Design, issue project documents, procure Honeywell material and 3rd party goods and services, test supplied hardware and configuration, ship all goods with relevant certificates and final documentation
4. Expedite activities and grant deliveries and quality
5. Support site activities
6. Be informed on last technical issues and workaround
7. Knowledge of Honeywell solutions (Experion, Architecture, Networking base on Cisco, Dell, … and able to manage communication with Honeywell Controller like C300 and Safety Manager) and typical 3rd party items (marshalling cabinets, power distribution panels, interposing relay panels, auxiliary consoles, cables, etc)
8. Integration from Level 2 to level 4 infrastructure
9. Vlan, Vitualization, Cybersecurity, Nas,
10. Communication Modbus IP, Profibus,Ethernet
11. Use Honeywell tools and follow Honeywell Standard Operating Procedures
12. Technical points to cover:
- Windows Server (W2008, 2012, 2016), Windows 7 et 10 pour Stations, thin Client
- Networking, Level 2 et 3 Switch (Cisco, Firewall, Routing protocols, SNMP, SSH, Ethernet
- Communication: Ethernet, TCP/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Fieldbus, …
- Active Directory Services, Windows User and operating system security
- DNS, NTP (Times server), GPS, Video manager (DVM, CCTV)

Work with PM and lead Engineer to keep project budget under control.

Work with all Customers, available to meet them abroad and to support site activities if requested.

Education Required (academic and/or technical education)
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (Electronics/Automation engineering)
Work Experience Preferred (area and length of experience)
- 3-5 years working experience as System Engineer of Automation projects
- Proven track record in executing Automation projects for Pharma or other markets (Oil&Gas)
- Working experience with main EPC companies (Engineering Procurement and Construction – Saipem, Tecnimont, Technip, etc) and O&G End Users.
Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required (specific skills and knowledge required for the position)
- Good technical background on DCS able to cover few disciplines.
- Main discipline is IT System Networking, Hardware, Architecture
