The ISO Audit & Compliance Specialist position will maintain good compliance subject matter and Alight' operational understanding and to support the ISO Audit & Compliance Manager with the the ISO Audit & Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of as they relate to ISO Certifications, SOC1/SOC2 Audits, and Client Audits. 

They will provide guidance and advice on how Alight’s Unified Control Framework is managed internally as well as how it relates to Clients needs and requirements.  The ISO Audit & Compliance Specialist will oversee multiple control Areas and will be responsible for ISO Audit oversight and management. The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in compliance monitoring and auditing and in applying controls across all aspects of Alight’s service delivery. They will need to communicate effectively and persuasively with internal stakeholders, external auditors, clients, client auditors, and business/IT operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Alight's ISO Unified Control Framework, report statuses and escalate findings and issues.
• Engage with External Auditors and Internal Stakeholders to support successful audit results.
• Conduct internal control monitoring and sample-based assessments/audits for regulatory (SOC, ISO, etc.) audit requirements.
• Support Account/Ops Management teams in client audit coordination and issues identified in control monitoring and support remediation efforts
• Engage with local Operational and Quality resources to drive Compliance through local and functional units.
• Write and publish audit dashboard reports to provide awareness and communicate compliance risks to management.
• Assist documenting and updating as appropriate, the Compliance policy, standards and processes ensuring these are up to date and regularly reviewed.
• Assists in planning, management, and execution of audit projects
• Contribute to procedures and processes to standardise and enhance compliance management.
• Work closely with operations and architecture functions, proposal team, and senior leadership team.
• Launch and monitor accuracy of deployed controls into SharePoint site on a monthly basis, and manage ownership of controls based on inputs
• Conduct Audit Compliance training to operations if requested.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate or higher degree holder in relevant information security or a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; professional training or work experience.
• Good English oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in use and maintenance of SharePoint Compliance site
• Good working knowledge of ISO27001 and SSAE/18 standards and controls, GDPR working knowledge a plus.
• Confident but reassuring customer-facing style and excellent organizational skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good productivity software skills - Office 365 is a plus.
• A self-motivated learner with a drive to investigate problems with minimal instruction and supervision.
• Work Conditions:
• Will be required to be flexible in working hours.
• May be required to travel to other Alight sites globally.
• Always maintain a high standard of professionalism, both in manner and appearance.
• Positively react to change as the Company evolves and the needs of the department change.
• Will be expected to successfully complete compulsory internal annual Security and Compliance training.
