To support the local sales team we seek an experienced KEY ACCOUNT SALES SPECIALIST to support new business development and after-sales across Brazil, reporting directly to Headquarters. Among others, your Mission entails: Being at the forefront of understanding client’s needs , exploring commercial opportunities and securing sales deals and fostering long-term relationships . Proactive approach to engage with new and existing clients , leveraging our client’s extensive range of innovative solutions. Strategically target new prospects , including re-engaging dormant accounts and maximizing opportunities with current clients. Craft compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and closing deals , aligning with strategic goals. Analyze and determine pricing strategies and profit margins for equipment and services, collaborating with internal teams for cost assessments. Ensure successful proposals follow-through . Document and reporting on sales activities, providing valuable insights for strategy. Maintain and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement, sales performance, and deal closure to inform sales strategies. Your Talent: FLUENT ENGLISH is mandatory Academic Background in Engineering and/or Business Administration . Proven track record in the pharmaceutical equipment and/or machinery sector. Former experience at local multinational small-medium sized business operations, with international reporting line – is a strong PLUS! Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to managing multiple projects with keen attention to detail . Proficiency in CRM, Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office. Self-motivated with a strategic mindset for achieving and overperforming sales targets. Willingness to travel across Brazil to engage with clients. Strong commercial planning , being agile , strategic, results driven and hands-on. Ethic & reliable.
