This team will be responsibile for the daily operation of KYC backoffice manual review on a day to day basis. The team will make sure the ID is real, the person is real and the ID and person information matches, being responsible for identiy theft and synthetic fraud rate. 

  • Responsibile for the sythetic fraud loss and identity theft impact
  • Responsable for the operation quality and efficiency of the team
  • Responsable for cross-team communication, establish mechnisms as well as production safety.
  • 5+ years of experience managing operations teams and at least 3 years of working experience related to KYC 
  • Understand the market's fraud types and solutions, especially related to identify theft 
  • Experience managing teams of at least 50 people 
  • Advanced English level
