Plan projects that are managed within the LatAm Natural Resources team to meet objectives in terms of outcomes, time and project quality management.
Track changes in scope of work, progress and status of projects assigned to you to ensure schedule compliance. Report the results of the assigned projects to the Natural Resources Latam leader.
Prepare and participate in workshops and work sessions under an environment of openness to change. Support the Natural Resources Latam team in the guidance related to the execution of the phases of the projects and initiatives, support in the face of doubts and clarity in the established delivery times.
Collaboration in the planning, supervision and coordination of activities focused on compliance with schedules. Support and support the implementation of process management methodologies, tools and procedures that support the company’s transformation programs.
Line management across multiple regional locations Creating and ensuring that a framework of best practice and functional disciplines are adhered to.
Allocation and prioritization of work across the Natural Resources Latam team Checking and providing assurance of the work of the Natural Resources team Providing analytical support & ownership of all ad hoc requests as requirements.
The Requirements Financial Services and / or insurance background Graduated Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
Experience in project management and Technology related topics. 3 to 5 years of experience in the responsibilities described above.
Strong Communication, leadership & negotiation skills Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Comfortable owning discrete deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work on virtual teams. Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
