Job Purpose and Impact
The Marketing and Knowledge Enablement Specialist will be responsible for executing the sales enablement strategy through the development and delivery of virtual, on-demand technical product training. In this role, you will sit on the global team and partner with in-market subject matter experts (SMEs) in developing and sustaining virtual product training to make our sales teams more effective and efficient. You will also partner with in-market sales leaders to implement, monitor, and reinforce product training initiatives. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, and sales tools adoption to enable increased engagement and effectiveness for our sales organization. #LI-TH1 #LI-Remote
Key Accountabilities
- Provide support to subject matter experts (SMEs) in training development, including advising on instructional design best practices to support adult learning, ensuring training materials meet brand standards, providing video editing, implementing training in the sales enablement platform.
- Provide end to end ownership of the sales enablement portal platform, including effectiveness and utilization measures.
- Lead and coordinate technical product training initiatives with key business partners to deliver both internal and external insights related to market, industry and consumer trends.
- Partner with the sales team leads to ensure commercial teams have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to position and sell products effectively.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience designing and maintaining documents and presentation slide decks
- Proven and solid years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using sales enablement and learning management tools
- Experience in instructional design
- Experience in developing technical training for life sciences
