Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, detailed oriented, dynamic and English-speaking Marketing Assistant to join our Brand Marketing team in Brazil for Open English and Open English Junior. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to drive growth in a market that transform lives: education. You will be part of a high performing team focused on developing the best strategies and delivering the greatest creatives for TV, Digital and other media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of marketing efforts & campaigns.
- Monitor marketing calendar to make sure projects are delivered in a timely manner.
- Work closely with design team to assign creative requests.
- Run financial processes and act as the interface between account payables with established marketing vendors.
- Support reporting to ensure proper documentation of all quarterly activations.
- Assist in executing strategies with cross-functional online and offline marketing teams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of business goals and marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Although the position is 100% remote, the assistant must be based in São Paulo for in-person meetings when required.
- Conversational in English and fluent in Portuguese.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Communications, Business Administration or related áreas.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing departments (marketing operations experience)
- Previous knowledge of digital marketing
- Proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Spanish (desirable but no mandatory)
- Experience with Google Analytics (desirable but no mandatory)
- Experience with Project Management tools, such as Jira, Trello, etc and online communication tools such as Slack, Zoom (desirable but no mandatory)
