- The Marketing Manager plays an important role in partnering with the Tag Brazil business development team to significantly increase brand reach and awareness, while building pipeline and revenue opportunities as Tag expands its offering in the Brazil and LATAM markets. This hands-on role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully lead, implement, and manage marketing programs with limited resources.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years’ progressive marketing experience, ideally with 2 years’ B2B experience leading growth marketing initiatives for long sales cycles
- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing targeted multi-channel marketing strategies and programs to accelerate brand reach and awareness across email, social media, events, web, and other channels
- Demonstrated experience creating sales messaging and marketing content to drive demand, convert leads to customers, and customers to upsell opportunities
- Exceptional deadline-driven, detail-focused project management skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
- Experience with and passion for building programs from the ground up and a never-ending desire to try new and interesting strategies and tactics to improve processes and results
- Marketing Automation platform experience preferred (We use Zoho.)
- Google Analytics knowledge and experience ideal, with the ability to convert data to actionable insights
- WordPress knowledge ideal
- CPG experience ideal but not essential

JOB DUTIES

- *Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Americas, and the Brazil business development team to develop and align go-to-market and grow-in-market strategies, programs, and processes to growth targets
- *Develop, implement, and manage targeted multi-channel marketing strategies and programs to accelerate brand reach and awareness
- *Social Media – Source, create and manage the placement and promotion of Tag Americas’ content on our social media channels, to position Tag as a leading creative production partner and employer of choice
- *Website – Source, upload and manage website content on the Tag Brazil website via WordPress, prioritizing SEO (title tag, meta descriptions, image alt text) to continually improve engagement, page rankings and online reputation
- *Email – Create and deploy internal and external email communications, optimizing for engagement and in compliance with privacy laws
- *Content production – Assist with, produce, and manage content, including written, video, audio for brand, sales, and other collateral
- *Events – Manage all aspects of sponsored and Tag client events to achieve agreed outcomes
- *Metrics – Create dashboards to report key results including traffic, engagement, and other meaningful data
- Cultivate strong partnerships with marketing colleagues across regions and marketing partners across Tag Americas
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and technology which may impact our marketing programs and report to colleagues as appropriate
- Complete other duties as assigned
