Apply locations Brazil, Remote Brazil, Sao Paulo time type Full time posted on Posted 6 Days Ago job requisition id JR1977711NVIDIA is looking for a Community Enablement/Program Manager to join our fast-growing team to scale recruiting of technology startups and developer communities in Latin America.
With over 3 million developers and 15,000 startups in our ecosystem, you’ll have to opportunity to help grow adoption of NVIDIA technologies and programs for startup communities. In this role, you will take charge on driving startup recruitment efforts and equip them with programs, tools and knowledge needed to create innovative solutions with NVIDIA AI & GPUs. You’ll help build authentic and credible programmatic offerings and deliver value to local communities and startups to fuel innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build authentic and strategic relationships with local technology startups and developer communities
Create an inclusive and supportive community environment for members
Deliver value to program members and help recruit new startups and communities
Garner community ideas and create a feedback loop with internal teams
Grow the program in partnership with internal stakeholders
Devise and implement community communication plan through social, digital and events platforms to consistently engage with potential and existing startups
Drive advocacy, plan and execute local community training and networking events
Curate and plan community content and publication mechanisms
Develop and execute on timelines, deliverables, and reporting key metrics to monitor and analyse program effectiveness
What We Need To See:
Ability to lead and execute strategic initiatives at global scale
Prior experience working with startups and developer personas
Excellent written, presentation creation, metrics tracking and delivery skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Program or Project management or related fields
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing and growing startup or tech community programs
Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and scale to various audiences
Personable, capable of managing multiple projects/stakeholders and prioritizing effectively
Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical audience from developer/ startups to C suite level
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish

Previous experience with startups/AI/ developer technologies/ industries
Knowledge of startup ecosystems, developer communities and specialized tactics to appeal to relevant audience
Previous experience working with international organizations
