What are we looking for? We are looking for an O& M Global Engineering Manager to Ensure the results of equipment performance, and human resource investment to achieve the best operational results, managing maintenance engineers and maintenance planners and controllers. What challenges will you face? Maintenance key performance indicators management, managing maintenance engineers and controllers, searching and implementing improvements for operational plants; Ensure best maintenanceplans for all plants, searching best practices and supporting execution teams on the field; Ensure maintenance control to achieve best results with minor human and material resources; Ensure total compliancewith budget of the engineering team under your responsibility Management of engineers and controllers to solve complex problems on sites, maintenance control, and integrate all plants under the same operation and maintenance standards What specific knowledge do you need? Minimum of 8 years of experience in renewables plants Electrical or mechanical engineering. Others engineerings in general Spanish fluent and English advanced What does Atlas offer you?
