Responsibilities:
1. Delivery of the wireless product relation milestone and ensure the achievement;2. Management of the technical wireless product team;3. Customer relation improvement and satisfaction;4. Cooperation with the RF team and Engineering team to support the project's main plan;5. Do risk assessment and prevent accidents within implementation works by DLD;6. Integration controller(BSC/RNC) with core network and OSS(UME) with other tools product;7. Support the site commissioning, prepare in advance and on air in time with the swap plan;8. Alarm monitoring/troubleshooting, Ensure the product team handles it timely;9. Team members workload evaluation and adjustment recommendations according to upcoming projects;10. Continuous training and coaching of team members' skill improvement;11. Technical issue support Send daily/weekly report.
Qualification & Requirements:1. Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.2. 3–5 years experience in technical wireless product swap projects and previous working experience.3. Proactive, self-motivated, and with rich communication skills.4. Proficient in English and Spanish. (mandatory).
