Division Overview
The Sales organization is in charge of selling the Adenza solutions (software and services) to existing clients and prospects. The sales organization is composed of the sales executive and Business Development teams. The organization is focused on selling solutions aligned with our go-to-market strategies. The organization works closely with all the other departments: pre-sales, strategy, product, marketing, customer delivery, finance, and legal to ensure the successful execution of the sales process.
Team and Role Overview
The Business Development team is responsible for driving lead generation for the wider sales function in the LATAM markets. This is done mostly via outbound activities, as well as webinars, tradeshows, and other methods. As a Business Development Operations Associate (i.e. or Analyst), you will be responsible for ensuring prospecting and client data in our CRM enabling our team to produce qualified leads through a variety of sources including current Adenza customers, prospective customers, leads from our CRM system and our on-going marketing campaigns. The Business Development Operations Associate will be expected to support both North and South America’s Inside Sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead contact and account sourcing functions for Adenza’s CRM, by leveraging tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and Outreach
- Ensure a high level of data quality in the CRM on an account and contact level
- Work with the Inside Sales team to ensure each account has the proper number of sourced contacts, across functions
- Provide feedback (tool perception, quality of data, and potential data management enhancements) to management, the inside sales team, and the company’s marketing team
- Keen to work across time zones across the world
Skills And Requirements
- An Ideal candidate has 2-5 years of work experience
- Seeking young, entry-level, motivated, and eager to learn the sales cycle from the ground up
- Undergraduate/ Bacharelado Degree
- Spanish language business proficiency is desirable
