The Position
As a Payroll Sr. Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will validate system reports and rules to ensure full compliance with legislation regarding admission, vacations, transfers, leaves, payroll, benefits, terminations, charges, and accounting. Performing analysis of configurations to improve and automate entries. Maintaining control of schedules and aligning deadlines in collaboration with support areas. Ensuring compliance and documentation of internal control questionnaires (ICQs) for payroll and benefits. Preparing documentation required in internal and external audits, as well as labor lawsuits and inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labor and Federal Revenue. Monitoring key indicators in the area for improvement projects. Developing standard procedures and reviewing area policies for standardization and continuous improvement. This position is to work in São Paulo, SP.
Your responsabilities includes:
- Validate system reports and rules to ensure compliance with labor agreements and legislation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business or related areas.
- It’s expected that you have advanced written and oral English. If you have additional knowledge in Spanish, it will be a plus.
- We would like you to have previous experience in payroll processes and labour legislation and validating and reconciling payroll information.
- We expect you to have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
