If you want to know more about how our people strategy connects to our business, watch the video: https://vimeo.com/776169225/5fd755b366 This position for an Individual Contributor Main Responsibilities: Planning, Control and Report of People Budget and HR Costs Headcount and expenses Simulations and Scenarios Elaboration Bonus, vacations and incentives Provision HR Process and System’s automatizations Implementation, Support and Integration of HR Information Systems (HRIS) / HR Products Creation and Development of tools for people data visualization and analysis (BI) Standardization and creation of a response database for due diligence, forms and recurring audits Deck creation and executive presentations with data storytelling Support for Business Partners (Goals, simulations, analysis, People Problem Solving) Requirements: Degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Economics or Administration Performance in dynamic and complex markets/segments (Growing Multinationals, Financial Market Companies, Global Consultancies) Experience in managing Payroll Budgets and interacting with FP&A, Accounting and Technology areas Experience with HR Process and Systems Finance and Accounting expertise Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power Point (+Think-cell) Advanced / Fluent English and Spanish Knowledge in Power BI and Oracle (HCM, EPM, PBCS) Working with high-level executives / Management Work Environment: It isn’t just the performance that matters.
