The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for adding value to the business by defining purchasing strategies for products and services, primarily within Marketing categories. This involves developing alternative sources of supply and supporting internal clients through the purchasing process, fostering a culture of intelligent costing that ensures compliance, quality, agility, and the required service levels. Additionally, the Procurement Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports for the procurement area, offering valuable insights to support informed decision-making.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- Establish sourcing strategies for categories to ensure process compliance and cost intelligence through a constant monitoring of the market, benchmarking and business development.
- Provide market intelligence for purchases in the Marketing categories by getting to know the practices and the players of the market that can bring benefits to the business
- Develop all the Procurement reports (Area dashboards, KPI´s, Performance & Capabilities etc)
- Support in the creation of area’s BP
- Perform Procurement, training, supplier management and evaluation.
- Ensure the best purchase option for Red Bull, by using purchasing methods as RFI and RFP and other procurement tools
- Aiming compliance, quality, and cost
- Guarantee transparency of purchasing process by ensuring that all involved in the process are compliant to the policies and procedures
- Carry out the FUP (Follow up) of transactional processes by analysing internal reports to ensure that all data is available in our matrix and network
- Establish and monitor the KPI´s by analysing structured reports of what is purchased by the company, in such a way as to manage targets in the area
- Support on supplier management by analysing the supplier date base, ensuring quality of information, control and transparency.
- Develop the contracts data base by managing the contract system (such as Precisely or similar)

- Bachelor’s degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Engineers, and related areas
- Experience in the Procurement area
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Leadership and Motivation Skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Analytical and Business strategy abilities
- Good presentation and overall communication skills across employee levels
- Team management, maturity and credibility
