What will you do? The Project Manager is responsible for the leadership of Procurement projects mainly Legal Entity Name Change, shaping and roll-out of regional and global strategy, performance management, stakeholder engagement and change management. This role will focus on driving robust planning, developing and execution while partnering closely with the regional and global teams. In addition, the role will also carry critical cross-functional interface responsibilities with other functions (e.g. Legal, Tax, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Manager will lead / collaborate with other functional leaders, as well as work in collaboration with the Global Procurement Implementation teams and the NA / EMEA / LatAm / APAC regional implementation teams.
• Track and conduct performance reviews of the multiple projects under his/her responsibilities.
• Keep management updated on project progress (schedule, cost and compliance), barriers to implement and risks, with the corresponding corrective actions and mitigation plan.
• Ensure that projects are initiated, planned, executed, controlled and closed according to project management methodology.
• Stakeholder and Change Management – Track the stakeholder and change management efforts for the region. This would include:
  • Develop the Change Management strategy and plan.
  • Co-ordination to ensure activities in the project plan marked as Change & Communications are actioned, tracked and completed.
  • Conduct impact assessments to ensure change activities are sufficient to influence the change.
  • Conduct change measurement assessments in the country / market upon completion of the project.
  • Draft, socialize and manage translation vendor (where required) for communications and send to stakeholder groups.
  • Provide updates on the progress of the plan to the implementation team and project governance team on an agreed frequency.
  • Plan training and development of staff, end users and external suppliers.

What are we looking for?

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency language communication written and spoken in Portuguese and English.
• +10 years work experience in Procurement.
• Ability to work effectively and problem solve in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities.
• Strong business and finance acumen, deep understanding of managing for impact in a highly complex multi-application, multi-function environment.
• Demonstrated experience in project/program/portfolio management process/cycle and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a matrix organization environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• A relevant degree (e.g., Business, Engineering, Science) is preferred, preferably complemented by an MBA or another master’s qualification is preferred.
• Proficiency language communication written and spoken in Spanish.
• Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through organizational transformation. 
• PMP Certification or Process Excellence/Six Sigma Certification.
