We are looking for "Senior Procurement Specialist" to join our logistics team in Brazil.
The Services Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing the services procurement process for the company. This includes identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring the quality of services and optimizing costs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential service suppliers by conducting market research and supplier analysis.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers, always seeking the best commercial conditions, terms and prices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their service needs and ensure that the suppliers selected meet these requirements.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent delivery and quality of services.
- Regularly evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the process of purchasing services, from requesting proposals to finalizing contracts.
- Ensure compliance with the company's purchasing policies and procedures, as well as compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and control service procurement costs, identifying areas for expense reduction and resource optimization.
What are we looking for?
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, international relations, foreign trade or a related field;
- Advanced English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools or ERP systems.
- NOTE: You must be available to work 100% in-person in Guarulhos - São Paulo.
