Objective:
- Responsible for understanding our business necessity, find the best providers in the market that fit with our needs. Specialist in cross-docking operations (know the best players, implement best practices, improve our service level and increase volumes).
Key Activities:
- Know how to negotiate with providers and with KHC team.
- Lead teams to accomplish our goals.
- Know how to deal with people from different sectors, levels and communicate correctly.
- Understand the cross-docking business.
- Understands that we do the right thing and the best thing for KHC not only for Procurement area.
Skills (Experiences / Education):
- Complete higher education.
- Experience: Logistics, procurement, operations (especially outbound and cross docking).
- Experience in consumer goods operations is desirable and experience in cross-docking is a competitive differential.
