Procurement Specialist

Job Description

Objective:

• Responsible for understanding our business necessity, find the best providers in the market that fit with our needs. Specialist in cross-docking operations (know the best players, implement best practices, improve our service level and increase volumes).

Key Activities:

• Know how to negotiate with providers and with KHC team.
• Lead teams to accomplish our goals.
• Know how to deal with people from different sectors, levels and communicate correctly.
• Understand the cross-docking business.
• Understands that we do the right thing and the best thing for KHC not only for Procurement area.

Skills (Experiences / Education):

• Complete higher education.
• Experience: Logistics, procurement, operations (especially outbound and cross docking).
• Experience in consumer goods operations is desirable and experience in cross-docking is a competitive differential.
