What you'll do:

As a Product Development Analyst, you will work alongside a global team, on the first line in the definition of Taste Consumer Experience, translating input of consumer needs into technical solutions for food technology, as well as ensuring testing of key performance functionalities and compliance with technical standards. In detail, you will:

- Develop new cooking features and service functionalities, translating consumer needs to project specifications;
- Collaborate in the creation and execution of the test plan, reporting and presenting results to stakeholders; 
- Ensure specifications meet company targets on cost, time, quality and sustainability, as well as national and international quality and sustainability standards for both products and features; 
- Ensure alignment regarding test methodologies with other laboratories and relevant test institutes, developing new test methodologies to reach better results and meet the company's needs;
- Support other research and development areas in relevant testing activities as well as internal and external events; 
- Guarantee compliance with regulations and quality audits;
- Evaluate current processes and elaborate improvement proposals, aiming to link local processes with global strategy as well as bringing new technologies and best practices for the area.

Aspart of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in LeanThinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Engineering (Food or Chemical); 
- Experience with food and/or white line appliances industry;
- Solid knowledge of Food-related regulations and standards;
- Knowledge of food transformation and testing related to cooking processes; 
- Knowledge of testing methodologies; 
- 6 Sigma certification is a plus; 
- Advanced Office skills;
- Advanced English.

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plantin Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electroluxoperations, this plant is the base for over 3200 collaborators, all focused ontransforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with theirwork.
