OUR CLIENT IS A MULTINATIONAL COMPANY FOCUSED ON ADVANCED PRECISION RADIATION THERAPY, WITH OFFICES IN 120 COUNTRIES.
Main responsibilities
RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING BUSINESS IN THE REGION LOOKING FOR THE FUTURE AND GROWTH OF THE ORGANIZATION BASED ON STRATEGIC AND DEFINING COMMUNICATION PLANS, MARKETING ACTIONS, AND PRICING. ALSO USING MY TECHNICAL SKILLS WITH DEEP KNOWLEDGE ABOUT BRACHYTHERAPY PRODUCTS, THEIR APPLICATORS AND CLINICAL USE, CAPABLE TO EXPLAIN AND COMPARE WITH OTHER BRACHYTHERAPY SYSTEMS AND COACH SALES COLLEAGUES ON THEIR LEARNING JOURNEY. PROVIDE THE INTERFACE WITH ALL BU DEPARTMENTS AND PRODUCT-RELATED DEPARTMENTS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• CREATE AND DRIVE STRATEGIES FOR GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE BUSINESS.
• MANAGE ANNUAL BUDGET CONSIDERING ORDER INTAKE AND REVENUE NEEDS.
• WORK WITH REGION BU MANAGEMENT TO IMPLEMENT REGIONAL PRICING STRATEGIES AND PACKAGES TO DRIVE
MARKET SHARE AND IMPROVE OVERALL PROFITABILITY FOR THE PORTFOLIO.
• DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE MARGIN AT THE PRODUCT LINES.
• SUPPORT IN RETAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS.
• HAVING AN IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF BUSINESS PRODUCTS AND VALUE PROPOSITION.
• SUPPORT THE SALES MANAGERS IN DEVELOPING BUSINESS PROPOSALS.
• IDENTIFYING AND MAPPING BUSINESS STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES AND CUSTOMER NEEDS.
• RESEARCHING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND VIABLE INCOME STREAMS.
• FOLLOWING INDUSTRY TRENDS LOCALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY.
• REPORTING ON SUCCESSES AND AREAS NEEDING IMPROVEMENTS.
• START THE PRODUCT MARKET ACCESS PROCESSES AND FOLLOWING UP WITH RA.
• PERFORM DEEP PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS TOGETHER WITH THE SALES MANAGER.
• PROVIDE MARKET INTELLIGENCE AND COMPETITIVE DATA
• TRAINING THE SALESFORCE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS, THEIR CLINICAL APPLICATIONS, COMPETITION, AND IN PREPARING
QUOTES PROPERLY.
• COLLABORATE WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW MARKETING ACTIVITIES.
• PROVIDE SUPPORT TO REGIONAL TEAMS WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROCEDURES AND SOLVING CUSTOMER ISSUES.
• RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE REGION AND THE GLOBAL BUSINESS LINE TEAM.
• REVIEW AND UNDERSTAND NEW PRODUCT FEATURES AS DEFINED BY THE GLOBAL TEAM.
• MAINTAIN A CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (CLINICAL OR COMMERCIAL), PARTICIPATING IN
TRAINING COURSES AS AGREED WITHIN THE COMPANY’S APPRAISAL PROCESS.
• PROVIDE INPUT INTO MARKETING MATERIAL TO THE MARKETING REGIONAL AND GLOBAL TEAMS (PRINT, ELECTRONIC,
VIDEO, PHOTOSHOOTS).
• GUIDE THE GLOBAL TEAM WITH REGIONAL SOLUTIONS REQUIREMENTS BY GATHERING AND ANALYZING USER
REQUIREMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS.
Requirements and skills
BACKGROUND: MEDICAL PHYSICS, BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING, RADIATION THERAPY, RADIOLOGY, INTERVENTIONAL
RADIOLOGY, OR MEDICAL ONCOLOGY.
• SKILLED AT PRODUCING & DELIVERING HIGHLY POLISHED, COMPELLING, AND PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATIONS.
• TAKE PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE TIMELINESS AND QUALITY OF ASSIGNED DELIVERABLES, WORKING ON TASKS AS PART OF A TEAM, AND UNDERSTANDING WHEN IT IS NECESSARY TO ASK FOR HELP TO OVERCOME BLOCKERS.
• COLLABORATIVE MINDSET AS IMPACT NEEDS TO BE DRIVEN WITHOUT FORMAL AUTHORITY ACROSS FUNCTIONS.
• PERSISTENT AND PERSUASIVE BEHAVIOR TO OWN AND DRIVE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INITIATIVES.

• FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH WITH GOOD MULTICULTURAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS (PREFERABLY WITHIN LATAM
MARKETS).
