The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our customers and remains competitive in the market.
As a Product Manager you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.Develop a deep understanding of the market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements, to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.Work closely with product owners and the development team to prioritize and execute product enhancements and new feature development, using agile methodologies and best practices.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, and use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product features and functionality.
- Working in cross-functional projects, identify dependencies, communicate impediments, understand how features affect internal users and customer responses to new functionalities.
- Elicit and document requirements, collaborate with designers to create wireframes, mockups etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in the sports betting or gaming industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products and driving business growth.
- Good understanding of sports betting products and platforms, including knowledge of the betting industry and risk management.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions and drive results.
- Ability to lead and influence others and to build strong relationships
- Passion for innovation and technology, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Fluent or Advanced level in English, both oral and written.
