Objective:
- Responsible to define digital RGM strategy and product roadmap, designing and delivering high value data analytics models to transform RGM processes at West and East Emerging Markets. This role will connect with different business units to deep dive into RGM processes, connect with global RGM program and solutions and deliver local roadmap.
- This is a multiyear effort to apply digital solutions to optimize pricing, promotion and assortment aiming to increase business impact, margin and deliver tangible EBITDA contribution to the company.
Key Activities:
- Lead decision making sessions with senior stakeholders: Lead discussion with senior business stakeholders, such as directors and VPs, to align business and products priorities by preparing analyzes of different digital product roadmaps scenarios and its impacts in business results in the short and long term.
- Business case for RGM digital products: Understand user needs and key levers of value for the product for the business translating it into a realistic business case. Defines adequate business model to measure financial results of RGM digital products and leads internal flows to approve funding.
- RGM digital roadmap: Design RGM future vision and digital product strategy. Transform vision into a roadmap by defining key product functionalities and prioritizing them based on business impact. Build digital roadmap based on deep understanding of RGM processes and its pain points.
- Develop RGM digital products: Development and coordination with global teams and external suppliers of different RGM products (pricing, promotion, assortment). Support product functionalities and components design, definition of the minimum viable product and business requirements, and ensure technical implementation of roadmap.
- Ensure business impact of digital products: Monitor product through data, understanding behavior, patterns, outliers, and business impact of decisions made based on RGM digital products (price, promotion, assortment). Use data as feedback loop to improve the digital product, make data models more accurate and positively impact in margin, volume and or market share.
- Team management: Lead a multidisciplinary RGM POD composed of digital professionals such as product owner, scrum master, digital strategists, designers, data scientists, data engineers, software developers. Set clear goals and objectives for product, provide business guidance, and ensure delivery of digital initiatives high quality results.
Skills (Experiences / Education):
- Higher degree in administration, engineer, IT, computer science, system analyzes, development, data.
- Experience with RGM.
- Previous digital products / technology.
- Good level of English.
