Job Description: Responsible for technical leading the presales of Radio Access Network product solutions. The main goal is understand "pains" in the Big Operator and convert them into a led of business, in order to develop solutions that provides added value to company and customer to breakthrough, keeping the sales developement over the product. Tasks involve mid to high level CRM, project strategic planning, sales support, service application and marketing. Promote the product vision, and working closely with customer engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are reached. Follow the Product sales strategy of the company and transmit it to the customers in order to guide them into the development of their network. Follow and participating to the technical levels meeting to promote of solutions and build relationships. Understand customer's network and find pain points to generate business lead to report to the corresponding Account Manager. Develop a good CRM with the technical peers inside the customers. Designs solutions and elements, based on the understanding of the whole network of the customer, taking into account the commercial situation, financial situation of the customer, in order to offer a cost-effective solution to enhance the business of the customer. Follow the lead to convert into an RFP working actively with customer in advance to get a better position among the other vendors. Follow the develop of the leads, opportunities and projects with technical levels and report to the corresponding Account Manager in order to develop a strategy. Lead technically requirements and solution within the biddings and RFPs, trials, IOT and requirements related to corresponding product or solution, ensuring quality answers on time, according to defined strategy. Strong commitment in the work to achieve the deadlines in the bidding. Identify the technical risks in the bidding and the advantages in front of the competitors and pass this information to the corresponding Account Manager. Gather technical information related to corresponding product or solution from customers, competitors and market. Coordinate with presales team, account management, post-sales and product lines teams activities related to pre-sale projects. Include the Compliance guidelines and Corporate Culture on the daily work. Perform quarterly benchmark and opportunities analysis for follow-up and high level report. Getting synchronized with Aftersales department in order to avoid and mitigate risks related to ongoing customer projects. Requirements: Bachelor on Telecom/Electric/Informatics/Systems engineering or related majors according with the product line, Post-graduate is appreciated. Technical Certifications in respective product line a plus. 3-5 years of experience on technical engineering, implementation, operator or sales on related product(s) line. 2 years of experience on telecom business reviewing new telecomm solutions. More is a plus. Understanding of sales and marketing activities. Consultative sales and marketing activities experience will be a plus. Fluent oral and written English. Current relationship with key customers inside operators. Intermediate to advance MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Basic Visio or any chart program. Programming or data analyze language (Python, R, etc.) will be a plus. Lead to cash programs knowledge will be a plus. Compensation package: Contract as Brazilian Labor Laws (CLT).
