Product Marketing Specialist

Working within our team in Peru and directly with our main costumers, you will be responsible for implementing Product Marketing strategies in line with global product strategy. In this role you will coordinate sales activities, events and market research to meet business goals and increase market share.

Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

• Implementing the local go-to–market Product Marketing strategy and all marketing activities.
• Supporting sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products, providing relevant materials to them.
• Defining appropriate forecasts and preparing business/marketing plans focused on business development for medium and line voltage motors.
• Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and studies of other companies.
• Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team.
• He will be responsible for overseeing the development of medium and low voltage electric motors.
• Identify market and customer needs.
• Define the marketing and sales strategy.

Your background

• Bachelor´s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related.
• Four years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience working in the electric motor market.
• Knowledge in variable speed drive.
• Experience in project management.
• Minimum intermediate English level.
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Availability to travel.
