Implements Product Marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Implements marketing activities and supports Sales organization in driving sales and services for their respective products.

Your responsibilities
- Realization of product offers and assigned solutions in a timely manner. To do this, you must analyze the client's technical specifications, interpret them, and look for the best technical and economic solution that meets the client's requirements and international and local regulatory indications. Coordinate offers and negotiations with factories and third-party companies.
- Implement the assigned product and solutions marketing strategy, defining and communicating value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the overall Product Marketing strategy.
- Execute the annual marketing plan. Prepare business plans focused on commercial development for a defined market.
- Coordinate market analysis with sales team members and define appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Support sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to the sales team.
- Drive sales efficiency by providing appropriate sales and technical knowledge information and training for each member of the sales team. Facilitates knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration.
Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electric, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Medium voltage products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force.
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Previous experience as leadership.
- Availability to travel.
- Intermediate – advanced English level.
