Real Estate Call Center Representative (Home Office)

We are a fast-growing Investment company from California, focused on Property Investments.

The ideal candidate has an idea of how data centers and Call Centers operate.

• Ability to develop and close sales cycles
• Talent in communicating, customer relations, and negotiation
• Experience selling in a B2B/B2C context
• Ability to reach weekly targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
• Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
• Good English verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities

• Identifying prospects and closing the deals
• Communicating with prospects via phone calls; and email
• Determining eligibility by comparing client information to requirements-verifying information
• Negotiating with prospects by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
• Following up on prospects daily basis

Requirements:

• Advanced English
• Proficient user of Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience with U.S clients is welcome but not required.
• Minimum computer requirements: a personal desktop computer or laptop that meets the following requirements: To connect to the internet via a cable connected to your DSL/Cable Modem, if wireless: high speed internet. Processor: minimum 2GHz (newer generation), minimum 4 GB of RAM memory (optimum 8 GB so that in order to avoid delays), Ideally SSD hard drive, camera and mic, Higher speed internet, minimum 10MB/s of download

Base Salary of $500 USD monthly + High Commissions.
