Your role and responsibilities

Job description  China Real Estate Portfolio data Management & Data analytics - Support for data input of facilities, resources and/or associated activities and services required by the organization including Central Real Estate Information Management System / Real Estate Project Tracker / Master Data ABB Locations / ABB TRIRIGA etc  China Real estate performance measurement - Support for GMAS RE transaction, RE CAPEX spending monitor, OCC cost measurement and RE OPEX saving implementation to achieve cost-effective improvements in Real Estate assets and services to support operations, increase business satisfaction and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.  Workplace management - Supervise and manage the space planning and efficient allocation and administration of space utilization in occupied buildings. Support the layout of workspaces for maximum effectiveness. Consolidates dispersed locations with co-location concepts, eliminating vacancies with flexible subleases.  China RE function financial management - Support to function controlling month end closing, financial reporting on time delivery with quality, cost centre budgeting, and business review presentations

Qualifications for the role

•  Bachelor’s degree, Real Estate Portfolio Management and financial management is preferred
•  5+ years related working experience.
•  Familiar with local related Real Estate and Portfolio Management legal and regulations, policy.
•  Strong knowledge and experience in SAP and MS Office, power BI is a plus
•  Good English speaking and written skills
•  Good communication skills, project management skill preferred
