About the Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the top-line delivery of the Scale Global brand portfolio businesses, including turnover, profitability, trade spending, and Market share delivery, whilst building, negotiating, and executing the commercial joint business plan with the Customers. Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job: Execute with our customers the customer strategy and customer business plan. Is responsible for the achievement of Sales (Net Invoice Value & Turnover) and Market Share for the Scale Global brands portfolio as well as for the implementation and optimization of the promotional plan & category strategies within the customer. Main Accountabilities: Customer Discovery & Commercial Management Responsible for discovering, and onboarding new customers relevant to our portfolio brands. Customers could be Marketplaces, retailers, trade partners, distributors, etc. Primary focus markets - Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. Acts as an active ambassador of Scale Global and its portfolio brands with the Customer and all other stakeholders. Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs. Lead the commercial negotiation including the sales forecast, trade investments, distribution plan, and marketing investments with the Customer Execute and Manage the Customer Business Plans: Deliver Sales Fundamentals - Distribution, Share of Shelf/Display, OOS Always ensure inventory availability across all aligned online and retail channels Deploy strategies to win in-store Develop and implement the optimal integrated promo plan (incl. selling the plan to the customer) and manage promo investments Manages customer promo investment with the customer ensuring sell-out aspirations are met. Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service Manages overall levels of Customer Investments for their category Monitors Customer Performance by tracking sales, customer contribution, and market share for major categories. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of work experience in FMCG sales Minimum 6 years experience in handling Retailers, E-Commerce, Distributors, and Trade Partners in the LATAM region with a focus on Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia markets Must have experience in leading joint business plans with modern retail customers' national or global retailers Experience in trade terms design and negotiations with modern retail customers Excellent communication & presentation skills Proven track record of working in multi-cultural and multi-functional skills Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications Exceptional customer service skills
