Role Summary:
The Regional Manager, Supply Chain will lead a team working in a dynamic environment, foster and instill responsiveness, with a can-do attitude to drive results. This role leads the FCD S&S Regional Supply Chain team to deliver regional-operational objectives and provide outstanding Supply Chain service levels on lead time (responsiveness), quality and delivery while achieving lowest total cost of acquisition for standard direct material, indirect goods and services, and logistics. As part of the management team, the Regional Manager will represent strategies and objectives of Global Supply Chain team (GSC) as applicable to the QRC’s. Drive deployment of Supply Chain processes and resource development while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manages a team of buyers in the region who are responsible for quick turn and short lead time customer expectations; acting on order suggestions (requisition or other) and exception messages generated by MRP
Lead and support initiates to support the dynamic and aggressive projected growth in FCD S&S business in the region
Support site PWC objectives by leveraging inventory management opportunities and regular maintenance of inventory planning parameters
Drive cost reduction initiatives to meet annual operating plan (AOP) and long-term business objectives.
Strategically review current processes and align with current and future business needs in the region at the QRC’s.
Improve communication, relationship and OTD with intercompany sites
Facilitate and oversee critical supply-site issues
Develop, track and improve site Supply Chain KPIs
Manage supplier performance (on-time delivery and quality) for region specific suppliers/deliveries.
Support Supply Chain initiative roll-outs across the enterprise or ad-hoc requests asrequested that align with S&S QRC goals
Ensure Import Compliance
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Experience leading a Regional Supply Chain team
Prior experience working in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment around service & repair.
Select, train, motivate and manage personnel
Can do attitude and proven ability to drive results
Proven working experience with SAP / Oracle
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and best practices.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Experience in collecting and analyzing data
Pursuit of Professional Accreditation (APICS, PMA, ASQ, CSCP, etc.)
BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 8-10 years relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc
