We are seeking a Saas Sales Engineer to take on this challenge and join us in revolutionizing the industry. Your Mission: · Support the growth of our customer base in North America; · Develop actions to increase our customer base in this area; · Comprehend deeply our solution, the technology involved, its application in industry, and how our data science delivers value to our clients; · Lead needs analysis of our clients, understand their challenges, and propose personalized solutions that fulfill their needs; · Work in close collaboration with the internal teams, product developer, and marketing to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies; · Build and keep a strong relationship with our clients and ensure they continue satisfaction; · Stay up-to-date about trends and progress in the industry data, much like related technologies. For this you need: Reside in the southern or southeastern regions of Brazil; Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronic, or similar will be highly valued; Ability to engage with the general public effectively, conveying the benefits of our solution clearly and compellingly; Advanced English skills; Expertise in CRM software (Hubspot/SalesForce/Odoo or others) Experience or interest in sales and/or business marketing; Familiarity with sales funnel and sales pipeline concepts; Availability for travel. Differentials: Experience with technology, industrial automation, and/or industrial processes; Knowledge of the industrial sector, its trends, challenges, and opportunities; Experience in processes aimed at increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs, preventing failures, and/or optimizing processes focused on industries; B1/B2 American visa.
