What you I be doing?
As a Sales Coordinator, you will fully support the Sales team, from administrative and logistic perspective, manage own organizational responsibilities and assist with general office duties in timely manner.
Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Complete accurate travel and sales reports in time
· Support the team with client oriented responsibilities inclusive sales trips preparation, office meetings, arranging giveaways and on prospecting new potential accounts
· Organize global and local Sales initiatives
· Become proactive member of the team providing creative and business ideas
· Managing local loyalty program for bookers
· Daily assistance with administrative tasks
· Partial responsibility for general office needs (orders, maintenance, post office visits etc.)

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
· Excellent communication skills
· High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
· Excellent organizational and administration skills
