This role is located at IDC's Brazil, São Paulo Office.

  • The SDR will work closely with sales management, Account Executives (AEs) and marketing internally.
  • The primary goal of this role is to identify new accounts or new contacts in existing accounts for IDC and set up meetings for AEs to sell IDC key product lines. 
  • Expectation is a minimum of 30 calls and 30 emails per day to target clients as well as any other follow-up on IDC events and webinars etc. to all attendees, setting up a minimum of 8-10 qualified in person or virtual meetings per week for the sales reps team in LATAM.
  • Inbound lead qualification
  • Identify key decision makers within targeted Industries using a third-party database, paired with social networking sites to assist with appointment setting
  • Targeted Email Approach and Cold-calling prospects
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Trilingual => Portuguese, Spanish and English.
  • Must be highly competitive with the ability to collaborate in a team environment, possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
  • Has successfully executed prospecting/new Account Development campaigns
  • The ideal candidate should have previous experience in cold calling, inside/telesales, supporting multiple teams, and account management/customer service.
  • 3+ years' experience in Tech Industry B2B, research, or services Inside/Telesales, client service, relationship management preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive engagement, influence others and sell over the phone.
  • Has experience in the Market Research, Enterprise, SaaS, Cloud, or High-Tech Industries.
  • Eloquent and self-confident communicator comfortable speaking with C level contacts.
  • Can express their ideas in persuasive emails and other written communications.
