PURPOSE: Responsible for achieving the sales targets established in the "Business Plan", providing technical and commercial support, with the aim of promoting sales of national and imported products, from the Timken line in the Brazilian market, as well as other products that the company represents.   ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the achievement of planned objectives for the company, as well as for our distributors, promoting lectures and maintaining permanent contact with customers, identifying their needs and preparing them in a didactic way, according to the company's technical specifications, for greater dissemination of the Timken brand, its products and services. Prospect the market, appoint new distributors and get to know existing ones better, identifying opportunities for improvement and competitive movements in permanent contact with the market, through research, information collection, in order to guarantee better levels of Timken's participation in the Brazilian market . Ensure greater profitability for the company, guiding distributors regarding the formation of their stocks, costs and pricing policies, enabling them to maintain economically balanced stocks, periodically disclosing incidences of regional costs, costs of imported products, price lists, and possible special pricing policies, in order to maintain the distributor network committed to Timken. Promote sales together with distributors, resellers and end users, helping them with technical-commercial arguments to achieve sales targets. Seek recognition of operational quality, representing Timken with distributors and publicizing the quality of our general service (commercial, services, logistical, technological support, marketing, etc.) in order to increase the level of trust of our customers. Ensure the acceptance of appropriate price levels, and implementing the necessary adjustments, in accordance with commercial policy, in order to guarantee economic satisfaction. Obtain market and competitive information, such as; management tactics, investments, new products, new applications, price levels, market potential, customer potential, acceptance of product quality, company image, technological and commercial trends, through contacts with our customers, customers of our customers and class entities and media in general, to generate and grow new business. Support management in making decisions, bringing them to the attention of our customers, so that they arrive in a clear, transparent and objective way. Plan visits and internal tasks to increase efficiency in customer   EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in engineering or related field with 2+ years of relative experience All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
