Your Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the goals set by the company;
Identify market opportunities and trends to drive sales growth;
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as seek new business partnerships;
Analyze sales performance data to assess progress and make strategic adjustments when necessary;
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure an integrated approach;
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achieved goals, and challenges faced.
Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in software outsourcing companies;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Ability to analyze sales data and interpret market trends;
Deep knowledge of the company's products/services and the market it operates in;
Results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets;
Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
Availability to work in a hybrid manner in London/UK.
Desirable Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience;
Experience working with international, cross-functional, and remote teams;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Strong leadership skills, proactivity, market insight, and a results-oriented profile.
