The Work: Sales Operation Carrying out the activities of the Commercial Support process in accordance with the defined operating procedures Supporting leadership in achieving the SLAs defined for the team Supporting those responsible in the team in the progress of the projects deployed by management Supporting the consolidation of the team's monthly results Routine problem solving, mainly through precedents and referral to general guidelines Interaction is within own team and direct supervisor Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in commercial support Language(s) Required: Portuguese - minimum level C1 required. Preferred Qualifications: Technical degree´s in accounting or studying for a university degree, preferably in accounting, finance, business management or business administration.
