Leading technology company is looking for talent as a Sales Operations Support Analyst Propose This role supports the Sales teams in guiding internal processes and tools, providing sales analysis, and monitoring the business activity Responsibilities Manages the Sales process Manages Sales data (order intake/pipeline, forecast) and Sales reporting: sanitizes data, analyzes forecast, prepares and presents reports and dashboards Acts as an interface between Product lines and Regions Holds responsibility for the CRM administration: supports CRM users, manages user accounts and licenses, designs reports and dashboards Builds and delivers training for sales teams on tools and processes Organizes deal reviews, minutes, and follow-up Sanitizes basic data (ensures consistency) Administrates CRM licenses and provides L1 user support Requirements Professional Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering and/or related careers 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis and information management and reading reports 1 to 3 years of experience in managing the sales administrative cycle Advanced Excel essential Business Management (sales process) Desirable management of ERPs Administration experience Experience in forecasting, statistics management, Good communication with sales Mandatory intermediate conversational English level Offer: Monthly salary and superior benefits Professional growth
