Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with Wellness Influencers. This role is pivotal in running targeted campaigns, engaging in discovery calls, negotiating, and closing deals to drive our brand's reach and impact. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns aimed at engaging Wellness Influencers in meaningful partnerships. Conduct discovery calls to understand potential partners' needs, goals, and alignment with our brand. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. Manage the sales pipeline from start to close, ensuring a smooth transition through each stage of the partnership process. Proactively follow up with potential and existing partners to maintain engagement and momentum throughout the sales cycle. Maintain close collaboration with the Founder/CEO to align sales strategies with company objectives. Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement. Demonstrate our apps and solutions proficiently across iPhone and Android platforms during pitches and presentations. Who You Are: A self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude, eager to take on challenges and drive results. Self-motivated, and capable of working independently while also contributing positively to the team environment. Humble yet confident, able to engage in meaningful conversations and negotiations with potential partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate our value proposition clearly and compellingly. Highly organized, with adept computer skills to manage workflows and information effectively. Prompt and professional in managing email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Technologically savvy, comfortable with demoing apps on iPhone and Android platforms, and experienced in using CRM tools to enhance sales efficiency.
