What You’ll Be Doing Ensure 100% delivery of service goals, revenue targets, and exceptional customers experience through the supervision, development and leadership over a sales team; Manage day‐to‐day operations and deliverables; Improve the key success metrics associated with goals; Actively manage the staff through coaching, reporting, executing action plans, maintain utilization and day to day operations; Manage communications among team and client; Conduct daily and weekly meetings to share business updates and conduct the Root Cause Analysis (RAC) to identify drivers impacting performance; Work closely with Quality, Training and other stakeholders to ensure cohesion, integration of practices, escalations, and queue and productivity management within the team; What You Bring To The Role Great leadership qualities and ability to drive the engagement of a team; B2B Outbound Sales Experience is Required; Experience in communicating clearly and at a high level with executives, and creating and delivering effective presentations; Cold calling experience, relationship development, sales process or appointment setting; Being a team player and a team promoter; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to multi- task, prioritize, and manage time effectively; Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure. If you have: Advanced English Bachelor's degree (completed) Experience in leadership of high performance teams. Experience in aggressive goals. Differential to have knowledge in CRM. Google Ads Good communication, proactivity, relationship and strong leadership. Analytical profile Be motivated and results oriented. Know how to manage several situations at the same time. Advanced knowledge in the Office Package, mainly in Excel.
