We are looking for Salesforce Business Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Technically good and able to adapt new technologies. Strong knowledge in Salesforce programming. Good to have Airline domain knowledge and AWS knowledge. Ideal if you have: Advanced to Fluent English (Global Team). Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and related technologies. Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customizations, and reporting. Solid project management skills, including planning, organization, and risk assessment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) preferred. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools. Knowledge of data integration and migration processes.
