Job Description:
-Requires CA payroll (10+ years)
-Requires previous management experience
- Manage accounts – Min 2 - Max 4.
Manage Account Health (backlogs, SLA, etc)
Manage Account escalations
Report Account Status
Support hour coverage and backup plans
Target YoY Account efficiency(with manager’s help)
- Manage resources – Min 5 – Max 7 (FA or Developers or both)
Appraisals (with manager’s help)
PTO Plan and Availability
Employee engagements
Efficiency improvements(with manager’s help)
Upskill and crossskill(with manager’s help)
Daily huddles
Escalation handling(with manager’s help)
Conflict resolutions(with manager’s help)
- Collaborate with other managers
