What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - S4 HANA Cloud Portfolio - ByD Support
Location: São Leopoldo, RS

• Help delight SAP partners and customers by analyzing and resolving known errors within their sales processes, such as Sales Order, Invoices and other documents

• Do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer cases, documentation, or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters

• Share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums

• Learn a lot of technical and business topics through training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings

• When needed, you will report errors to development teams

What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• You like to call customers and have meaningful discussions with your team members.

• You must be an undergraduate student in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)

• English: Advanced level is required (oral and written). You will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, system and phone

• Knowledge on Skills to troubleshooting XML messages

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of document creation

• Familiarity with Customer Service and Support for software or other Information Technology products.

• Knowledge in IT related areas, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues (Webservices, OData, JSON, XML, APIs…).

• Familiarity with Customer Service and Support for software or other Information Technology products.

• General Organizational Management and Master Data.

• Spanish skills
